Disclaimer: Feel free to read the answers and use them for guidance. Please don't plagiarize. It's likely your BOOM knows how to use Google. That's the basic amoral reason to not copy. The moral reason is that plagiarism is lying. The more important reason is you need to answer these questions. The Board needs to know what you believe. Even more so, you need to know what you believe.
Note: Because of plagiarism concerns I have included only the opening sentences of each answer. Good luck with your paperwork.

17. What is the role of the Sacraments in the ministry to which you have been called?
The Sacraments are a vital part of
Christian ministry. They are a means by which we receive the grace of God. “In
a sacrament, God uses tangible, material things as vehicles or instruments of
grace” (“This Holy Mystery” 7). Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the
sacraments offer spiritual nourishment. The sacraments initiate us into the
Body of Christ (baptism) and allow us to come together as the Body of Christ to
present ourselves as a “living sacrifice” ready to be empowered by the Holy
Spirit to do the work of Christ in the world. Sacraments are, as John Wesley
said, “an outward sign of an inward grace, and a means whereby we receive the
same” (“Means of Grace” II.1).
These “outward signs”, while somewhat
symbolic, are much more than simple acts of remembrance or “ordinances” we
practice to honor God. Baptism and Holy Communion are sign acts, but they are
sign acts in which God is active...
